Group T01
Introduction:

The low dimensional strongly correlated electron systems including high temperature superconductors, quantum Hall effect, giant magnetic resistance, organic conductors, nanosystems, two-dimensional electron gas and carbon nanotube etc, play a very important role in the field of condensed matter physics. In this field, many problems are still unsolved. The scientists in T01 group mainly work on the theoretical problems in the many-body theory, statistical physics, nonlinear science, atomic and molecular physics and mathematical physics. The detail research directions include the properties of strongly correlated systems and spin systems in low dimensions, the mechanics of superconductivity, the condensation of high spin cold atoms and new state of materials, quantum computations based on the many-body theory, the transport properties of mesoscopic systems, interacting cold atom systems and BEC, quantum magnetism in low dimensions, quantum phase transition, quantum integrable models and statistical models.
